With a specialty in remodeling and an understanding of spatial balance, Faye’s 18+ years of interior design experience have taken her into Dallas neighborhoods ranging from Highland Park and Preston Hollow on into the northern DFW areas of Allen, Frisco, and Prosper. She also has commercial experience, including the redesign of Bell Helicopter’s CEO office suite. Her knack for inserting unique and creative pieces rounds out each project with true function and style.

Here’s how it works:
Schedule a consultation At that time you will be asked a series of questions about your personal taste and style, such as: “Which sentimental pieces would you like to keep in the design?” and “Which colors do you love/hate?”. We will also talk budget and decide whether you’re all in or if we’ll only change a few significant pieces and accomplish the redesign in phases.
Faye will put together a Digital Design Plan complete with a power point sketch of the room layout, which will include 2-3 options for furniture, accessories, lighting, and rugs.
Faye’s trusted artisans and subcontractors can attest to her attention to detail at each installation. Clients can trust her expertise, knowing their style will be represented in good taste, on time, and within budget.
Retainer Options
Whether needing a few design pointers or implementing your customized design plan, pre-paid retainer options are below.
0-9 hours – $100/hr
10 hours – $90/hr
20 hours – $80/hr
Interior Design Plan
A customized, digital design plan reflecting your style and budget is made with your color preferences and 2-3 options for new furnishings, hardware, lighting selections, etc., for your choosing. This includes one revision and up to three-hour shopping excursion at exclusive, trade-only showrooms. Purchases through FSID are up to 30% markup but always at or below retail.
1-2 rooms – $750
3 rooms – $1000
4 rooms – $1500
5 rooms – $2000
You’re ready to change kitchen surfaces or dive into a multi-room renovation? FSID will work with you throughout the entire project from design and continuing to coordinate vetted sub-contractors, managing the project from planning through execution.
2 trades – $3000
3 trades – $4000
4 trades – $5000
5 trades – $6000
