I’m opening this year 2017 with a brand new website, a new blog, exciting travel plans, and a fond look back at the wedding we threw my daughter in my home and backyard in December!
My blog is where I’ll be sharing what’s been going on in my life, exciting new interior design projects, tips to decorate your home like a pro, and other fun happenings. Follow me on Facebook or Instagram to be the first to know about new blog posts and special inside information!

The backyard was as dressed up as we were.

“We’ve walked both sides of every street ~ Through all kinds of windy weather; But that was never our defeat ~ As long as we could walk together. So there’s no need for turning back ~ Cause all roads lead to where we stand; And I believe we’ll walk them all ~ No matter what we may have planned.”
from “Crossroads” by Don McLean

Annie’s Culinary Creations provides the Bride’s Italian Cream Cake; the Groom gets cookie dough balls, the children get a sprinkle cake and Rice Krispy treats!
(Okay, just one more – because it reminds me of the “Parenthood” season finale…)
This month I’m putting together an interior design presentation for a client and her young family.
I’ll include some outstanding options like these:

Clockwise from top: Stanford Bench in Admiral Blue Velvet (Furnitureland South), Leftbank Art (Bliss Home and Design), Jonathan Adler Floor Lamp (Lumens), Loloi Rugs (EzPz), Garden Stool (Wayfair), Uttermost Accessories (Houzz)
Well there you have it! My first blog posting!
I’m hoping to get with some local Dallas artists and offer their creations for sale here.
I’ll call it “Faye’s Curated Consignment Corner”. It’ll feature what I believe to be the caliber of artwork worth representing.
Stay tuned for future posts in the months ahead.
Until next time,
Faye
